1. Client Discretion & Confidentiality
Client discretion is our highest priority. All communications, WhatsApp inquiries, appointment bookings, and delivery addresses are treated with strict confidentiality.
2. Data Collection & Usage
We collect only the essential details required to coordinate your private viewing or fulfill your courier dispatch (e.g. name, contact number, delivery address). We do not store financial payment card details on our servers.
3. Zero Commercial Data Sharing
Luxaria does not sell, rent, monetize, or disclose client personal information to third-party marketing companies, data brokers, or advertisers under any circumstances.
4. Encrypted WhatsApp Communications
Inquiries conducted via WhatsApp benefit from end-to-end encryption under Meta's Signal Protocol. Only you and the assigned concierge have access to message contents and sent media.
5. Right to Data Erasure
Upon completion of your order and receipt confirmation, you may request an immediate permanent erasure of your contact and delivery records by messaging our concierge.
